SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders on the same day, or latest on the next day. Shipping is free for orders beyond RM200 within Malaysia and all items are shipped from Selangor. Shipping fee is RM10 for orders under RM200. Overseas shipping may be possible on request but please contact us first for options.

Return & Exchange Policy

Changed you mind? no problem! If you picked the wrong size or prefer another item you can always return the item and we will send you the replacement. You can return your item(s) as long as they reach us within 14 days from the purchase date.

If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded in the form of a voucher. If you do not want any replacement, you will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each return item(s), valid for 6 months. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with clothing tags intact. Postage fees are to be covered by the customer.

How to Return?

1. Make sure your item is returned within 14 days from purchased date. Pack your order in a parcel and contact us via the contact form here for delivery address, you will also receive a return form to fill in as well.

2. Head to the nearest post office (we only accept only J&T and Pos Laju at the moment) and make the delivery, message or contact us your tracking details.

3. Store Credit or discount code will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
